Software Engineer

Leads technical execution of planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve manufacturing problems. Guides development of the next generation of Product Lifecycle Manufacturing (PLM) system. Acts as the technical authority bridging complex business processes across the value stream. Transforms strategic objectives into business requirements defining process elements of the product digital thread for manufacturing. Works with cross-functional teams including supply chain management, IT, Quality, E&T, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation Office. Applies working knowledge of designing systems and architecture and their manufacturing applications. Integrates PLM, ERP, and MES systems and manages related integrations between these systems. Utilizes PLM (Teamcenter and/or 3DX) and ERP (OneAero, ERP4C, and/or S4/HANA) manufacturing applications. Applies experience in Production Scheduling, Complex Assembly Bills of Material, Process Plan, Condition of Supply, Tooling, Configuration Management, and/or Workflow processes. Applies aerospace manufacturing knowledge in developing a digital manufacturing system.
