Centre Manager / Academic Director - Brain Bloom

Required Qualifications

• • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Centre Manager, Academic Director, or in a similar educational leadership role.
• • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Educational Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• • Strong experience in education and training centre management.
• • Sound knowledge of the Dubai/UAE education sector, KHDA regulations, and compliance requirements.
• • Experience in curriculum planning, academic quality assurance, and staff development.
• • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teaching and administrative teams.
• • Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and experience working in child-facing environments.
• • Experience in student admissions, enrolment, and customer service.
• • Ability to manage centre operations, budgets, and performance targets.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
