Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.K
Key Highlights
- Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Create and manage invoices, bills, and payment entries in Zoho
- Perform bank reconciliations within Zoho and ensure data accuracy
- Manage GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
