- Project Management – you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Ensuring project productivity, budget and profitability
- Set clear direction, create clarity, and facilitate effective collaboration
- Assuming the role of mentor for new project managers
- Ensure good collaboration between the organisation, clients, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience from leading large-scale projects, both housing and commercial
- Thorough knowledge of Danish and English – written and spoken
- An Architectural background and a deep understanding of the architectural process – from initial sketches to execution
- At least 15 years of experience within architecture and project execution
