Inspections & Repairs: Conduct regular property inspections, address repair requests promptly, and ensure preventive upkeep.
Budgeting & Compliance: Track operational expenses, maintain property records, and ensure adherence to local building and safety codes.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Property or Facility Management.
