- Create high-performing visual assets for marketing campaigns and digital platforms
- Design with performance in mind: iterate based on data, not opinions
- Produce multiple creative variations to support testing and optimization
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, and product teams
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years as a Senior Designer or Design Specialist (flexible for top talent)
- Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Strong portfolio in digital marketing and campaign design
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Krea, Midjourney, etc.)
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English
