Key Highlights
- Building close, trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings
- Driving SLA and incident follow-up in close cooperation with our internal operations team
- Leading and developing a team of technical specialists
- Shaping and growing the NSI service business together with sales, product management and product development
- Owning P&L for individual service contracts, including budgets and forecasts
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering or supporting software solutions and services, ideally in a customer-facing operations or hosting setup
- Experience managing large, complex customer relationships and contracts
- People management experience is preferred
- A relevant bachelor's or master’s degree, for example in engineering or business administration
- Fluent English, spoken and written
