HR Executive

Required Qualifications

• • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• • Strong HR knowledge in both generalist and recruitment functions.
• • Awareness of AI tools and HR technology is advantageous.
• • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills
• • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written in English).
• • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• • Good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and HR best practices.
• • Strong organizational and time management skills.
• • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• • Professional, confident, and proactive approach.
• • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
