Key Highlights
- Lead content design across client engagements, shaping clear, user-centered experiences through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture.
- Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems.
- Write and adapt content to meet client needs, balancing brand voice, user experience, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the product development process.
- Define and deliver key content artifacts (e.g., audits, taxonomies, content models, voice and tone guidelines) while facilitating workshops to align teams on strategy and direction.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You have 4+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency environment.
- You thrive in fast-paced, multi-client settings and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- You bring a strategic approach to content, with experience in content modeling, IA, and structured content.
- You are experienced working with CMS platforms, shaping how content is structured and managed.
- You are a strong collaborator and communicator, able to align teams and clearly articulate content decisions to clients and stakeholders.
