- setting the strategic direction for Origination and delivering a strong pipeline of value-creating commercial opportunities with clear ownership on proprietary activities
- identifying and developing new business opportunities, partnerships, and market access solutions that support Trading & Revenue's growth ambitions
- leading negotiations and overseeing the successful execution of complex commercial agreements
- acting as a senior representative for Origination across internal and external stakeholder networks
- leading, developing, and growing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commercial excellence.
