5+ years building and operating production software
Experience on a platform, infrastructure, internal tools, or developer-facing team
Strong Python, Django, and FastAPI skills
Real depth in Kubernetes and GitOps delivery (Helm, ArgoCD)
Experience owning an authentication / authorization system

Qualifications

Multi-tenant SaaS experience
Backstage, internal developer portals, or service scaffolding tooling
Healthcare tech knowledge: HIPAA, PHI/PII, Epic and Cerner integrations, SMART on FHIR
Terraform, Jenkins, Datadog and/or APM in general
Built or rolled out agent-based dev tooling: MCP servers, coding agents, matrixed evals, spec-driven workflows, shared knowledge bases
