Investment Manager

Required Qualifications

• • Proven experience in infrastructure investment, PPP/BOOT/EPC+F projects, EPC contracting, or project financing is highly preferred.
• • Familiarity with the Middle East market, particularly Saudi Arabia, including its regulatory framework, procurement practices, and investment environment.
• • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, evaluate project feasibility, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Education
• Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Engineering Management, Port and Waterway Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another related discipline.
• Experience
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in investment, project development, engineering, infrastructure, or financial analysis.
• Preferably 35–50 years old.
• Professional Knowledge
• • Sound knowledge of project investment, business development, tendering and bidding, and project management.
• • Familiarity with local laws and regulations, commercial practices, and market conditions.
• • A strong understanding of infrastructure investment, project financing, commercial evaluation, and contract management is preferred.
• Language and Skills
• • Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• • Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.
