Finance Department Manager

Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• 2. At least eight years of financial management experience, including experience in the Middle East or with a Chinese multinational company.
• 3. Experience working for a tax authority or another government agency, or for a large accounting firm, is preferred.
• 4. Sound knowledge of tax management, treasury administration, and financial management.
• 5. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, execution, and risk-identification skills.
• 6. Preference will be given to candidates who can use Chinese proficiently for day-to-day work and professional communication. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
