Key Highlights
- Define and refine requirements and develop verification artifacts for satellite electrical power and/or harness subsystems
- Perform detailed power subsystem analyses, including:Battery performance modeling and battery charge management planning,Bus voltage regulation and stability analysis (including ripple and transients),Redundancy and fault-tolerance strategies,Vehicle grounding and isolation philosophies

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- 2+ years of experience working with space related electrical power and harness subsystems
- Level 3 (Experienced): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4 (Lead): 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with DC-DC converters and power electronics design to optimize efficiency and mass savings
- Familiarity with electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis, which is critical for power and harness integration
- Knowledge of industry space qualification standards and guidelines, including radiation effects on power electronics and battery systems
- Experience with software tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, Schematic capture/ECAD tools (e.g., Mentor, Cadence), and power system simulation software
- Understanding of failure investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies for spacecraft power anomalies
- Ability to support mission operations with anomaly resolution and power subsystem troubleshooting
