Key Highlights
- Manage group of customers in a defined market area, collaborating to drive results and achieve share, volume, and financial objectives
- Work with Sales Agency Partners to handle information flow to third party retail teams
- Lead the transition of Colgate objectives into specific customer strategies to enhance growth and business performance

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience
- 2+ years of key customer account experience
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Experience utilizing Colgate Business Planning reporting and planning system or customer planning software
- Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account
- Previous people management or broker management experience
