Key Highlights

  • Able to autonomously manage your own sales opportunities, engaging new prospective clients coming from Sales Development outreach;
  • Balance a high volume of activity, including making contact with new inbound leads quickly and effectively with the view to secure a demo
  • Managing this alongside active sales cycles involving video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.;
  • Understand how to drive deals forward and be an effective closer; able to effectively multi-thread throughout the sales process
  • Manage a high volume of clients, ranging in size and complexity within the SMB market (up to 500 employees)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales; with a particular emphasis on closing (full cycle);
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred;
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution and/or selling to HR stakeholders strongly preferred;
  • Outgoing, charismatic and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening; an expert communicator
  • Ambitious, tenacious and energetic self-starter;
  • Positive attitude and team spirit;
  • Extremely coachable and adaptable to change;
  • Enthusiasm about helping people have a happier and healthier life.
