Key Highlights
- Partners with the MBU Leader, Operations Leaders, and Functional Leaders to help drive business priorities, remove roadblocks, and improve MBU-level KPIs using BPS and Lean methodologies.
- Partners with MBU Leader and Leadership team to gain alignment on BPS priorities and operating rhythm.
- Accountable to create awareness, understanding, and commitment to Lean & BPS strategy, standards and tools.
- Shares best practices across MBU and Fab by leveraging management systems.
- Leads the integration MBU level activities that drive results in safety, quality, flow and cost.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading inclusive teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time
- 3+ years of experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience in Boeing Production System implementation
- Experience in building a culture of safety and quality
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
