Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, for the mandatory internship, written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Relevant experience in the field of customer experience
- Initial experience with authoring tools and in video creation and editing is a plus
- Interest in digitalization processes
- Independent, structured work style
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliability, sociability, and a hands-on attitude
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
