Job Description

Hartmann Packaging, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions headquartered in Copenhagen, is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Commercial Finance Business Partner, Europe

Key Highlights

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models to enhance revenue and competitiveness
  • Support the sales organization with financial insights to improve customer profitability
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to guide strategic pricing decisions
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage and margin erosion

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Graduate Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Business Partner or in a similar role supporting sales and revenue optimization
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with business units
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel)
