Key Highlights
- Development and operation management of AI solutions: Formulate technical policies for company-wide AI solutions (management and operation of knowledge search infrastructure, promotion of company-wide tools, etc.) and lead the development and operation of the team.
- Establishment of production quality: Promote the handover of prototypes and production code conversion, and establish architecture design, CI/CD, and observability mechanisms.
- Organization building: Conduct recruitment, training, and team building to expand the organization.
- Build the organization from the ground up: You can lead the organizational design and development to scale a fast-growing department.
- Company-wide impact: Your work directly drives company-wide productivity by building and operating an AI platform that impacts every department within the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing and operating AI solutions (generative AI, LLM, AI agents, etc.)
- Experience in managing engineering organizations (including recruitment, evaluation, and training)
- Practical experience in one of the following cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Deep understanding and practical experience in software development
- Japanese: Business level (fluent, able to communicate smoothly with various departments within the company)
- English: TOEIC score of 700 or higher + the ability to handle meetings and text communication in English immediately upon joining the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in solving problems in the context of internal IT/corporate engineering.
- Experience in formulating technology roadmaps and building consensus with stakeholders.
- Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.
