Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (including C#), Unity game engine, and SCM tools (Git/Gitlab/PlasticSCM); can quickly self-teach new languages
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Self-directed; troubleshoots all bugs independently and identifies dependencies in large, complex systems
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and participate in regular communications with remote and local teams.
- US citizens are eligible for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and evaluate technical manuals for complex systems and translate them into high-fidelity 3D training simulations.
- Prepares high-quality documentation; demonstrates matured presentation skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership; may conduct technical interviews
