Key Highlights
- Own Monumint's content and marketing strategy.
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn and other social channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of high-quality content.
- Launch creative marketing campaigns to build awareness, generate pipeline, and grow the Monumint brand.
- Work with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to create case studies, product launch content, and sales enablement materials.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably at an early-stage financial services / fintech company.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft impactful copy
- Experience managing company social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leverage AI tools to create content and move quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.
