Key Highlights
- Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity
- Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team
- Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of patient referrals and inbound requests, ensuring timely triage, routing, and follow-up, across all of our international clients;
- Respond to patient requests in a timely and professional manner;
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in administrative roles;
- Highly detail-oriented, organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with a collaborative and proactive approach;
- Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our patients;
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;
- A strong commitment to data security and privacy;
- Proficiency with standard office software (G-Suite / Microsoft Office).
