Key Highlights
- Developing structural concepts and calculations for newbuild vessels, from early concept studies to basic design
- Performing structural analyses and dimensioning using FEM tools to ensure safe, efficient and class-compliant designs
- Leading the structural design of selected projects while coordinating with fellow engineers and draftsmen
- Working closely with naval architects, machinery engineers and electrical specialists to develop integrated vessel designs
- Participating in technical discussions with clients, classification societies, shipyards and suppliers around the world
