Key Highlights
- Using your finance expertise in investigate bug and changes raised
- Conducting, and documenting, root cause analyses for complex financial cases, and provide clear solutions to identified issues and problems
- Advising and supporting subject matter experts and process owners on financial flows within F&O
- Collaborating with vendors and partners to identify the best possible solutions
- Identifying and driving automation initiatives and AI-enabled improvements, and platform optimization, while also participating in ongoing operational activities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Take pride in delivering high-quality solutions and enjoy working hands-on with both configuration and problem-solving
- Have a consultative mindset to steer changes towards standard features while having the engagement with business stakeholders
- Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across finance, IT, and external partners
- Communicate clearly and professionally, even when discussing technical topics with non-technical colleagues
- See continuous improvement as a natural part of the job and are motivated by making systems work better over time
