Define and evolve the Power Academy digital and immersive portfolio strategy
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and immersive learning products
Lead cross-functional projects involving Siemens organizations, universities, and technology partners
Drive commercialization, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement
Build strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

You have a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or a related field and many years of experience in data-driven portfolio performance management, business development, digital transformation, consulting, learning services, or technology innovation.
You have an entrepreneurial mentality, customer orientation, and excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
You have validated experience managing stakeholders and sophisticated projects in international and cross-functional environments.
You have experience in developing and commercializing digital solutions and services. Knowledge of power systems, electrification, automation, digital learning platforms & ecosystems, AI-enabled learning, and technical training are advantageous.
