Sales Engineer (Enterprise)

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, implementation consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• It’s not a deal breaker, but an understanding of commercial farming systems, ideally dairy or livestock production.
• The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both operational and executive audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence facilitating workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity and systems thinking. You naturally enjoy understanding how complex businesses operate and identifying better ways of working.
• High ownership and accountability. You enjoy ambiguity, move quickly and take responsibility for outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for working across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• A desire to build. As Halter grows, you’ll help define how enterprise solution engineering operates for years to come.
