Key Highlights
- Reviewing tender and contract terms and identifying contractual, commercial, and risk-related considerations.
- Supporting contract negotiations and providing guidance on contractual matters throughout project execution.
- Managing contractual obligations, milestones, changes, variations, and commercial claims in collaboration with project teams.
- Helping identify and mitigate risks while supporting opportunity management within ongoing projects.
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring contractual responsibilities are fulfilled by all parties.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education within law, business administration, finance, engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience or interest in contract management, commercial support, procurement, bid management, legal services, or related topics.
- Understanding of contracts, commercial terms and conditions, or risk management through studies, internships, student employment, or work experience.
- Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders and balance different business needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Interest in working with project support, technical deliveries, or industrial environments.
- Comfortable working with documentation, commercial data, and structured ways of working.
