Position Title: Litigation Lawyer - Civil, Commercial & Labor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: As per UAE labor law plus commiss
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with proven UAE litigation experience handling Civil, Commercial, Labour, and RDC (Rental Disputes Center) matters.
- • Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures, litigation strategy, legal drafting, case preparation, and dispute resolution processes.
- • Previous experience in a client-facing legal role, with the ability to conduct consultations, assess legal matters, and provide clear, practical legal advice.
- • Excellent client consultation, legal advisory, and relationship management skills.
