• • Coordinate effectively with clients, the sales team, and the logistics team to ensure seamless operations.
• • Prepare and follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through delivery.
• • Monitor order status and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, order progress, and delivery updates.
• • Follow up on pending quotations and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• • Ensure proper documentation and record management of quotations, orders, contracts, and customer communications.
• • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market information and share insights with the marketing team to support new sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• • Assist in resolving customer concerns and coordinate internally to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• • Prepare sales reports, order tracking reports, and other administrative documentation as required.
• • Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities to improve operational efficiency.
