Senior Product Designer

Key Highlights

• Own design projects end to end (concept, scoping, user flows, UI, release, and follow-up), at any scale, from small improvements to strategic new capabilities.
• Drive discovery: define what to build to address real problems and user needs, and study competitors and best practices.
• Work closely with Research, Product Management, and Development: request and apply insights, align on business requirements, and validate technical feasibility.
• Write clear specifications so design intent is unambiguous, and run design QA against both the intent and the Kinsta Design System.
• Give clear rationale for your decisions, resolve design and product deadlocks, escalate when you need feedback or mediation, and communicate trade-offs when priorities compete.
