Key Highlights

Lead and develop a team of automation engineers working with DCS solutions for pharmaceutical facilities.
Build competencies within ABB 800xA, and GMP-regulated automation projects.
Support strategic growth of the Life Science Operations organization and its service offerings.
Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across projects and customer activities.
Drive quality delivery through coaching, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams, projects, or technical specialists within automation or related industries.
Knowledge of DCS platforms such as ABB 800xA, DeltaV, Sattline, or comparable control systems.
Understanding of pharmaceutical production environments and GxP requirements.
Experience supporting control system lifecycle activities, upgrades, or migration projects.
Ability to develop employees and create an environment focused on learning and collaboration.
Skilled communicator who can engage effectively with customers, engineers, and managers.
Professional proficiency in English and Danish.
