Preferred Qualifications

• The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate commercial and logistics agreements, including customer contracts, freight forwarding terms, vendor and carrier agreements, agency agreements, warehousing arrangements, NDAs, MOUs, JV agreements, terminal service agreements, and multimodal transport contracts. The role will also involve advising business and operations teams on cargo claims, customs documentation, contractual liability, insurance, demurrage and detention matters, sanctions, trade compliance, and other legal risks connected with cross-border movement of goods.
• You will support corporate governance and company secretarial matters, coordinate with external counsel, insurers, regulators, port authorities, agents, and business partners, and help strengthen legal processes, templates, and contract controls.
