Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- • 5–10 years of experience in design management, project coordination, or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
- • Experience delivering Property & Buildings projects within the Middle East.
- • Strong understanding of design development and project delivery processes.
- • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- • Experience with project planning tools and BIM coordination would be advantageous.
