Key Highlights
- Lead larger initiatives from idea and requirements through solution design
- Work closely with Product Managers, customers and engineering teams
- Translate product and customer needs into scalable and implementable solutions
- Design and document product architecture
- Clarify dependencies, feasibility and technical risks before development starts
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software architecture and software development lifecycles
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Experience with requirements engineering, business analysis and solution design
- The ability to understand complex systems and translate complexity into clear designs
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
- The independence and curiosity to understand Cubris as a whole – not just one technical component
