Finance Manager

Required Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• - Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• - Professional certification is mandatory — candidates must hold at least one of the following:
• - CMA (Certified Management Accountant) – Preferred
• - CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• - ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
• Experience
• - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior leadership role.
• - Mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within an industrial, engineering, automotive, or similar manufacturing organization.
• - Strong experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, costing, and internal controls.
• - Proven experience in manufacturing finance and inventory valuation.
• - Experience managing external audits, tax advisors, and statutory compliance.
• - Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
