Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification required.
- • 8+ years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects, including a supervisory/leadership role.
- • Strong working knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- • Proven track record of leading site HSE teams on large-scale projects.
- • Incident investigation and root-cause analysis experience is required.
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- • Strong leadership and team management skills.
- • Excellent risk assessment, audit, and investigation capabilities.
- • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the project.
- • Proficiency in MS Office and HSE reporting systems.
- • High attention to detail with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
