We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Resident Engineer to serve as a dedicated, onsite technical expert for a key enterprise customer. In this role, you will act as an extension of the custom
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration and enterprise infrastructure management.
- • Container Platforms: Proven experience deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (v4.x preferred) and underlying container runtimes.
- • Operating Systems: Deep expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9/10) architecture, administration, and lifecycle management.
- • Infrastructure Tools: Strong, hands-on experience administering Red Hat Satellite Server for large-scale patching, provisioning, and subscription management.
- • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build strong relationships with enterprise customers, manage stakeholder expectations, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
