Key Highlights
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for composite fabrication.
- Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Support delivery operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
- This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
- (Level 3) 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.
- Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting
- Experience in aerospace composite fabrication
- Experience with 3D model based instruction
