Key Highlights
- Day Shift: 6am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11pm (15% Salary loading)
- Night Shift: 10pm – 6:30am (30% Salary loading)
- 8 week paid structured training to set you up for success followed by on the job training by experienced Operators
- Annual gainshare program (company bonus) with yearly salary increases as per the Enterprise Agreement in addition to 12% Super + Shift Allowance (if applicable).From 1 July 2026: Base Salary of $101,088From 1 July 2027: Base Salary of $106,142From 1 July 2028: Base Salary of $110,919
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Trade qualification is essential and relevant experience working in your trade
- Literacy and numeracy skills to follow and interpret digital work instructions and engineering drawings
- Hand skills with a high level of attention to detail under repetitive conditions
- Flexibility and willingness to work across day, afternoon and night shift as per business requirements
- Ability to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed KPI’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working with hands and physical work
- Full, unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Completion of a Trade Apprenticeship
