Key Highlights
- Acting as the primary IT compliance partner across Supply Chain IT, providing guidance on governance, risk management, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving compliance improvement initiatives, risk reporting activities, and standardised ways of working in collaboration with stakeholders and relevant networks across the organisation.
- Supporting audits and inspections, coordinating remediation plans, and ensuring findings are effectively addressed.
- Advising projects on IT governance and compliance requirements.
- Building and leading a strong compliance network within Supply Chain, influencing stakeholders and ensuring continuous alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- A MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience working with IT compliance, validation, quality, governance, or regulated IT environments, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GxP, cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO (COBIT) standards, and validation requirements for business-critical IT systems.
- Experience operating in advisory or consulting roles where influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority has been essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical specialists and senior leaders.
