Key Highlights
- Be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of marketing systems, with a proactive mindset toward scalability and performance
- Contribute to transformational initiatives leveraging AI – including AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and emerging AI capabilities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and unlock new value for the marketing team
- Support and continuously improve the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity, reliable lead flow, and alignment between platforms
- Build and refine predictive lead scoring models to enable smarter prioritization and higher conversion
- Take a proactive approach to workflow monitoring and error resolution, particularly around MQL qualification and lead assignment/delivery, minimizing disruptions
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation or other marketing technology (HubSpot required)
- Salesforce experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce sync, is a plus
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations is a significant plus
- Familiarity with predictive lead scoring, data enrichment, and custom-coded workflow actions is highly valued
- Demonstrated experience using technology & marketing expertise to drive process and performance improvements
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail is a natural characteristic
- Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow-through
- A proactive mindset – anticipating issues and initiating improvements rather than waiting for them to surface
- Insatiable appetite to learn and grow
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver messages in a manner that is clear, effective, and engaging
- Strong level of business English
