Sr. Executive – Sales & MarketingLocation: Vizag / VisakhapatnamExperience: 2–3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry Preference: Pharma / Cleanroom Equipment / Process Equipment / HVAC Sales / Turn
Key Highlights
- Generate new business opportunities in pharma, cleanroom equipment and process equipment sectors.
- Identify potential customers and develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, market research and industry connections.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver customized presentations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable products and solutions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Project Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Pharma / Pharmaceutical
- Cleanroom Equipment
- Process Equipment
- HVAC
- Turnkey Projects
- EPC / Engineering Solutions
- Strong understanding of the B2B project sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
