Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in the UAE, with strong expertise in manpower and recruitment within the construction industry.
• • Proven track record of sourcing and mobilizing manpower for construction projects, from site labor to specialist and professional roles.
• • Immediate availability is required.
• SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• • Strong knowledge of construction industry roles and manpower categories, from site labor to specialist engineers.
• • Familiarity with UAE labor law, visa processes, and standard recruitment practices.
• • Strong sourcing skills across job portals, recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and professional networks.
• • Excellent screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• • Strong negotiation skills for salary and offer discussions.
• • Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive recruitment under tight project deadlines.
• • Strong organizational and communication skills, liaising with project managers, department heads, and the HR team.
