Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- • 5–8+ years of UAE experience in real estate and/or facilities management finance
- • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory frameworks
- • Experience with ERP systems and property management software
- • Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently
- Preferred
- • CPA / ACCA / CA qualification
- • Experience working with multi-asset or multi-entity portfolios
- • Background in owner-managed or fast-paced real estate environments
- Key Competencies
- • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive
- • Confident working with senior stakeholders
