  • We're a fast-growing, venture-backed startup trusted by security-conscious teams in both open source and enterprise environments. We've achieved 5x ARR growth and 4x customer base expansion in 2025, and are scaling rapidly toward ambitious revenue targets over the next two years.
  • You'll be the person who sees the whole GTM chessboard: content, community growth, inbound signals, outbound targeting, and pipeline analytics. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build systems, increasingly AI-powered that turn our rich market signals into revenue.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has strong business acumen and GTM instincts, is comfortable working with AI tools like Claude Code to build and train agents, and thrives as a jack-of-all-trades in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • AI-native mindset: You instinctively reach for AI tools to solve problems at scale. You've used Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools not just for one-off tasks but to build systematic, repeatable workflows. Ideally, you have experience with Claude Code or similar agentic AI tools.
  • Business acumen and GTM instincts: You understand how a go-to-market motion is built and run end-to-end. You see the whole chessboard—not just your domain silo. You can connect content strategy to pipeline generation to revenue outcomes.
  • Systems thinker: You think beyond individual tools and channels. You understand how data flows between platforms, how signals from one channel inform actions in another, and how to build integrated systems rather than disconnected point solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed: You thrive at an early-stage startup where you wear five hats, processes are still being built, and the playbook is being written in real time.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth, or a related GTM role at a B2B SaaS company. We value adaptability and AI fluency over years of traditional mops experience.
  • HubSpot proficiency: You know your way around HubSpot CRM and can build workflows, dashboards, and reporting without hand-holding. You have a bias toward maximizing platform capabilities before adding new tools.
  • Data-driven: You're proficient with data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL is a plus) and can translate metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Available for US overlap: You are able to maintain overlapping working hours with US morning hours (India evening hours) to collaborate with the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders in real time.

  • Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer tools startup
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions or open-source go-to-market strategies
  • Experience with Clay, Common Room, or similar intent signal and enrichment platforms
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or skills using Claude Code, GPT, or similar tools
  • Background in developer-focused or technical product marketing
  • Experience with LinkedIn advertising and thought leadership amplification strategies
  • Light scripting or API experience for building custom automations
