Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering for mission‑critical or real‑time environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for ensuring software reliability in high-stakes training environments.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
- Flexibility for occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MIL‑STD‑810, MIL‑STD‑461, MIL‑STD‑704; ARINC / RTCA experience preferred.
- Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in military training, simulation, or mission‑readiness systems, along with experience working on government or DoD‑aligned programs.
