Key Highlights
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily campaign metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR) and optimize ad budgets for maximum efficiency.
- Execute continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4).
- Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategies for scaling.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist.
- Strong track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with proven ROAS/CPL results.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and tracking infrastructure.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Fluent written English skills for effective remote collaboration.
