Your missionIn this role, you will act as a technical leader, shaping the future of our platform and mentoring the engineers around you. You'll tackle our most ambiguous and challenging technical prob
Key Highlights
- Driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product, working closely with our ML team to integrate new AI features.
- Leading the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving our monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture.
- Mentoring other senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices.
- Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap for the next 1-2 years.
- Agile & Fast-Paced: We practice trunk-based development with daily releases to get value into our users' hands quickly.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications.
- Deep, system-level expertise in our core technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and the ability to reason about the entire stack, from the database to the browser.
- A history of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions.
- A passion for mentoring and technical leadership. You find joy in helping other engineers grow and in elevating the technical bar for the whole team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
