- A strong portfolio showing landing pages, ad creatives, email designs, website pages, and conversion-focused digital work
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital design experience in a DTC, ecommerce, or performance marketing environment
- A strong portfolio showing landing pages, ad creatives, email designs, website pages, and conversion-focused digital work
- Proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool
- Experience designing for conversion, not just aesthetics. You understand how layout, hierarchy, trust signals, proof, offers, and visual cues drive action
- Comfort working at speed across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers on implementation
- Strong understanding of responsive design and how assets render across devices
- Clear, concise communicator who can present design decisions and take feedback without ego
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, beauty, wellness, skincare, haircare, or telehealth categories
- Experience designing advertorials, quiz flows, product pages, checkout flows, or direct-response landing pages
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor front-end adjustments
- Motion graphics or light animation skills for ads or landing page elements
- Experience with AI design tools for rapid prototyping or asset generation
